Заемщики получат право досрочно возвращать кредиты без согласия банка

Госдума приняла в третьем чтении законопроект “О внесении изменений в статьи 809 и 810 части второй Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации”

Законопроект устанавливает, что заемщик имеет право досрочно гасить кредит полностью или частично, уведомив об этом кредитора не менее чем за 30 дней.

Законопроект устанавливает, что заемщик имеет право досрочно гасить кредит полностью или частично, уведомив об этом кредитора не менее чем за 30 дней.

Проценты будут уплачиваются только за фактический срок пользования кредитом. Норма распространяется на все розничные кредиты, включая ипотеку.

Сумма займа, предоставленного под проценты иным заемщикам (юридическим лицам, индивидуальным предпринимателям), как указано в законопроекте, может быть возвращена досрочно лишь с согласия займодавца. (по информации legis.ru)
