На вторичном рынке квартиру можно купить по цене свыше 62 тыс. руб. за кв. м. В таких условиях решение квартирного вопроса для многодетных семей все чаще остается без ответа. При этом в одном только Екатеринбурге действует несколько программ, направленных на поддержку этой категории горожан. На практике оказывается, что они запускаются со скрипом, а отстаивать свое право на заявленную государством помощь семьям приходится в судах.
