Госдума рассмотрит законопроект № 127698-6, предлагающий увеличить норму площади предоставляемого жилья для ветеранов, инвалидов боевых действий, членов семей погибших ветеранов боевых действий, инвалидов, семей, имеющих детей-инвалидов.

Госдума рассмотрит законопроект № 127698-6, предлагающий увеличить норму площади предоставляемого жилья для ветеранов, инвалидов боевых действий, членов семей погибших ветеранов боевых действий, инвалидов, семей, имеющих детей-инвалидов.

Как отмечают авторы законопроекта, сейчас обеспечение жильем указанных граждан осуществляется путем предоставления им единовременной денежной выплаты на приобретение жилого помещения, размер которой определяется исходя из общей площади жилья 18 квадратных метров и средней рыночной стоимости 1 квадратного метра общей площади жилья. 

Увеличение данной нормы с 18 квадратных метров до 36 квадратных метров позволит увеличить размер социальной выплаты на приобретение жилого помещения в собственность.
