Правительство РФ подготовило поправки в закон о таможенном регулировании в РФ, предусматривающие исключение возможности осуществлять предпринимательскую деятельность в области таможенного дела созданными ФТС России учреждениями, государственными унитарными предприятиями, а также их дочерними предприятиям.

Правительство РФ подготовило поправки в закон о таможенном регулировании в РФ, предусматривающие исключение возможности осуществлять предпринимательскую деятельность в области таможенного дела созданными ФТС России учреждениями, государственными унитарными предприятиями, а также их дочерними предприятиям. 

Данная мера позволит минимизировать риск избыточного влияния государственных органов на рынок услуг в сфере таможенного дела. 

Предполагается, что в результате реализации данной меры будут созданы более благоприятные условия для добросовестной конкуренции юридических лиц, осуществляющих деятельность в области таможенного дела.
