Как сообщает пресс-служба Совета Федерации, заместитель председателя Комитета по аграрно-продовольственной политике и природопользованию Константин Цыбко заявил, что сейчас в России нужен документ, четко регламентирующий территорию и объемы работ по уборке, уходу за газонами, фонтанами, фасадами зданий. 

“Для начала следует ввести понятие “прилегающая территория”, а также прописать меры ответственности и виды наказаний за неисполнение обязательств закона. Наказать за неубранный мусор и другие нарушения можно и сейчас, но эта ответственность распределена между разными ведомствами и потому достаточно размыта”, – пояснил сенатор.
