Президент РФ внес на ратификацию в Госдуму конвенцию о привилегиях и иммунитетах Евразийского экономического сообщества.
 
Как сообщает пресс-служба Кремля, в соответствии с положениями конвенции органам сообщества, его должностным лицам и сотрудникам, а также представителям государств – членов сообщества для эффективного выполнения ими своих функций предоставляются соответствующие привилегии и иммунитеты.
 
Так, помещения органов сообщества, его архивы и документы не подлежат обыску, конфискации или любой другой форме вмешательства, препятствующего его нормальной деятельности. Должностные лица сообщества, не являющиеся гражданами государства пребывания, и проживающие совместно с ними члены их семей пользуются рядом соответствующих льгот и привилегий в государстве пребывания.
