Госдума приняла в первом чтении законопроект № 85076-6, устанавливающий правовые основания для оказания государственной социальной помощи малоимущим гражданам на основе социального контракта, заключаемого между малоимущим гражданином и органом социальной защиты населения.

Госдума приняла в первом чтении законопроект № 85076-6, устанавливающий правовые основания для оказания государственной социальной помощи малоимущим гражданам на основе социального контракта, заключаемого между малоимущим гражданином и органом социальной защиты населения. 

Согласно законопроекту, указанный контракт заключается на основании программы социальной адаптации, разработанной уполномоченным органом совместно с гражданином и включающей комплекс мер по выводу семьи из трудной жизненной ситуации. 

Получатели государственной социальной помощи берут на себя обязательства по выполнению мероприятий программы социальной адаптации, в том числе по поиску работы, профессиональному обучению, развитию личного подсобного хозяйства, осуществлению индивидуальной трудовой деятельности по производству товаров и услуг и т.д. 

Уполномоченный орган обязуется оказывать поддержку в виде денежных выплат (единовременных или ежемесячных), предоставления социальных услуг, жизненно необходимых товаров, содействия профессиональной переподготовке и трудоустройству.
